Delivery

Where items are stated as being in stock we will aim to despatch the goods within two working days from receipt of payment. Where items are not in stock we will advise you of the delivery date when you place your order.

Delivery charges are determined by the weight of the items invovled and the need for a signature to confirm receipt. Small low weight items are normally despatched by Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery while larger heavier items will be despatched by courier for next working day delivery by 17:00 hours. Express delivery is available on request.

Cancellation & Returns

If you wish to return goods then you should contact us within 7 days of the items being delivered to you. No goods may be returned for credit without prior agreement being obtained from us and we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking charge. Carriage charges will not be refunded. Cancellation of orders which have to be made up specially (whether catalogued or otherwise) cannot be accepted.

Refunds will be made within 7 working days from us receiving and testing the goods.
